  <h3>Instructions:</h3>

     <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Cook the bacon until it's crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">While the bacon cooks, shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties and season them with salt and pepper</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Cook the burger patties on the grill or griddle for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare adjust cooking time to your preference</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty to melt</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">While the burgers cook, prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl</span></p>
